Interview: Hellectrokuters

Hello Butcho, welcome to the interviews with Susi. Nice talking to you.

Butcho: It’s a pleasure ;) all united ;) in rock n roll we trust…

1. Please introduce Hellectrokuters to my readers first:

Butcho: We’re a band from Paris with Stik on guitar, bass Dim, Drums Reeko and me (Butcho) lead vocal…the actual line do exist since 2010 it`s a brand new project.

2. What does your bandname Hellectrokuters stand for?

Butcho: We are big fans of « the hellacopters » and in one of their songs entitled « electrocute » and we find it cool then we change it into « HELLECTROKUTERS » cuz it`s really what we are : a hard rock band from hell with an electric energy on stage…

3. And how would you describe your musical style?

Butcho: It`s pure hard rock influenced by AC/DC, MOTORHEAD, NASHVILLE PUSSY, ROSE TATTOO…but with a modern production and a small touch of metal ;) it`s like you put your fingers in an electric plugg…lol

4. Butcho, have you already played concerts outside of Paris yet and if not are you planning to?

Butcho: Well HELLECTROKUTERS is a band that really start…we are searching for good deals all over the world…so we`ve got a few concerts but only in France …we are looking forward to move. France is not a rock n roll nation…BOOKERS contact us ;)

5. Well you got the idea of promoting your music clip with fan-videos. So how is it going so far? Did many fans sent material your way? Or have you already chosen the best clips out of all?

Butcho: Audience not seems to be receptive to that video...anyway we have got our version of the video… it is enough ;) but actually I guess that fans don’t know about the idea (it was a good one according to me) lol

6. What is your band doing at the moment? Preparing for recordings, rehearsalsor other stuff?

Butcho: Well we ‘re ready to tour we have got everything ‘s ready a kind of big show with a monster truck on stage 2 giants devils girls and a huge backdrop and more…we just need to say that we are here to kick your ass…we are waiting for you ;)

7. By the way - hows the market for Rock n Roll music in Paris? Hows the metal and rock scene in Paris today?

Butcho: In few words France sucks…it is not the nation of hard rock…the market is like other country…no body sell records nowaday…it is a fact and we can’t help it…

8. Leave a final message for all old and new Helectrokuters fans.

Butcho: Ok if you want that rock n roll rules the world lets just be all united no more wars between styles…all for one and one for all..all we need is ROCK N ROLL ;)
